NEWSFLASH: PACS wins The American Prize 2012


Maestro David Bernard and the Park Avenue Chamber Symphony were awarded a FIRST PRIZE in The American Prize Competition in Orchestral Performance, 2012. The American Prize is a series of non-profit national competitions providing cash awards, professional adjudication and regional, national and international recognition for the best recorded performances of music by ensembles and individuals each year in the United States. David Bernard and the Park Avenue Chamber Symphony were chosen from a diverse group of ensembles from across the country, on the basis of video recordings of their live orchestral performances.  The American Prize Competition 2012 has also awarded Maestro Bernard a FIRST PRIZE in Orchestral Conducting.
